Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In West Chester

We need hands-on care to take care of my father in West Chester. He wears a diaper and needs to be kept clean and changed. Bathroom reminders. Help needed with bathing. He needs help with physical therapy to obtain capability with stairs. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Taking him outside for walks and activities. We would love for someone to be willing to take him to activities like art Museums or other interesting activities in the area. Possibly sometime take to Dr. appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
