Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Valley City

About who needs care: My mother is recovering from a broken hip. She had surgery and spent seven weeks in a rehab facility. She lives with my sister who still works part-time. I live an hour away so distance is a bit of a factor. Our thought is between my sister, myself and a home health aid coming in a couple of times a week that we should be able to cover her care. She is mobile, but can be impulsive when it comes to moving around. We're just hoping to limit her time alone. She usually just sits and watches television but when alone it is recommended that she limit her activity to getting up and using the bathroom. They do not want her to navigate the kitchen area on her own. About the care needs: Someone with a kind and friendly demeanor. My mom is somewhat reserved. Although Mom is a very sweet lady, she's not overly social, so someone who is laid back and easy going would probably work well. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
