Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Urbana

About who needs care: Mom has a disability stemming from when she had polio as a child. As she ages, household tasks are becoming harder for her. I try to go over once or twice a week but I am interested in hiring someone to spend a few hours with her just helping her out with things that are hard for her. About the care needs: My Mom has difficulty accepting and asking for help so the ideal person would be good at making her feel okay about doing tasks for her. Someone who is kind, nurturing and patient would be an excellent fit. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
