Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Toledo

About who needs care: My father has Alzheimers and we have tried the independent/enhanced living situation and feel that we are at the point where he probably needs round the clock help. We do not want to put him in a lock down memory care unit so exploring full time in home care Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
