Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Tallmadge

We are in need of senior care provider with experience for my 87yo aunt. She has dementia/Alzheimers along with kidney disease and heart failure. The heart failure is new so she'll need help keeping track of liquids. She was fairly independent prior to this hospitalization so hopefully the full service care won't be needed once she gets stronger. Our care concerns at this time are: Help Bathing/dressing, Transportation. Medication management is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation and we'll need you to handle errands when appropriate and transportation to to/from appointments.
