Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Sylvania

My mom just was released from the hospital. She is fairly mobile with a walker and can move about the house and go to the bathroom. She has had some bathroom accidents before she makes it. She is also recovering from lesions on her legs that require daily changing with medical supplies and wrapped with an ace bandage for compression. We have home med care coming but they might not be there every day. I am looking for someone to check in twice a day, help clean up a little, provide clothing assistance. I am looking for someone to come in for an hour in between 8:00 am-12:00 p.m. and an hour between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. every day.
