Memory is limited and walking only with strong help to get to the bathroom and change clothes and shower. Mom 86 also has memory issues and is still living with them in there home. About the care needs: Strong, caring perso. But responsiveness is key to making him happy. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
