Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Rome

About who needs care: Married couple. Both in 80's, Husband: macular degeneration, nearly blind but reasonably mobile. Cannot see well enough to prepare reasonable meals. Wife: Mobile but has balance issues, hates to cook. Both are, in my opinion, undernourished and meal preparation is one service we are looking for.. They can be cranky with each other and can be difficult at times. Both have hearing aids but do not hear well even with them. Both have experienced minor falls in the last 6 months. About the care needs: Light meal preparation and potentially things like loading/unloading dishwasher. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
