Companion Care Needed For Myself .

About who needs care: I really only need someone to throw out the stuff I want to throw out. I can't handle the stairs while carrying something. I've fallen down the stairs twice and have had many close calls. About the care needs: anyone with a strong back. that can understand my English. No special skills required. I generally like all people. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
