Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Pickerington

We are seeking hands-on care for our widowed 85-year-old father: - 4 hours per day, M-F, $20/hour - Assist with meals (breakfast and lunch) - Assist with bathing and dressing - He wears Depends and has occasional bathroom accidents; must be willing to assist clean up - Medications are put in weekly organizer, but you'd need to confirm he takes them - Housekeeping required (kitchen, floors, dusting, trash, bathrooms, laundry, etc.) - He enjoys going out to breakfast a couple times a week, so you would need to transport him, but your breakfast would be paid for - He uses a walker but needs encouragement to stay active and do assigned exercises - Groceries are delivered, but occasional errands might be needed - No smokers please - Family visits often and brings small dogs - References are required
