About who needs care: Peg will be returning home after 2 months away and will need support with her ADLs and transfers; a big change from before she went to the hospital. The goal is for her to be able to transfer with minimal help, but will need extensive assistance with bathing, dressing, and following. About the care needs: Female caregivers only and must be comfortable and confident in regards to transferring and self care tasks, which may require extensive assist. Home will be fully equipped with all necessary medical equipment. Those with therapy or nursing backgrounds would be ideal. Anticipated schedule would be from 10a-2p and 6p-10p, but can be flexible. Looking for 1 - 3 caregivers to help cover throughout the week. Reliability and professionalism is a must. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
