About who needs care: Parkinson's diagnosis for 12 years. Enjoys being outside in summer, yardwork, limited to his ability at this point. Car rides and socializing. He prefers getting up and around about noon. Only has energy for short periods of time, then needs to rest. About the care needs: Although he likes to be social and talk, he needs to rest when tired, so someone who can recognize when to let him rest. He needs help with ADLs. Would need help showering and toileting. He is currently on a walker, has lift chair. He freezes at times due to Parkinson's. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
