About who needs care: Mom is on dialysis Mon and Friday 6-1015 a.m. has transport to and from. However, her morning tasks are her most difficult upon waiking. This is when she has the most falls between 3-5 a.m. She is able to dress and use the bathroom on her own as well as bath Herself. She cannot stand long enough to prepare meals but is working on her strength. She has physical therapy but Is also required to do her own outside of the pt appointment. So taking her for small walks daily is needed on nice days. Some light cooking and cleaning as well as companionship. Someone mature would be prefered as well as completely backround checked. Other than end stage kidney disease Mom also has clogged corodid artery and needs reminded about monitoring her BP. She enjoys playing dice and watching reruns on wetv. She just needs assistance in the morning hours as she prepared for her day. About the care needs: Mature honest and gentle. Someone to talk with her and see signs of stroke and take action as needed. Be physically fit enough to handle Mom when she falls and take her for walks. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
