About who needs care: What should we know about them? My mom is currently on hospice with a terminal illness that affects her body. Her mind is mostly there, though she does have some confusion on certain days. She lives with me (her daughter), my husband, and our two young children in our home. She has her own private space in our finished walkout basement, which is where all of her care takes place. You will not be expected to care for the rest of the house, although occasionally I may need to step out briefly to transport one of the kids and would appreciate someone who is comfortable with thator we can discuss your preferences and boundaries.
