Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Dayton

I have a pending job opening for 24/7 hands-on care to take care of my mother in her home in Beavercreek. These times are still open. My mom is in late-stage dementia and I need 24/7 care. I am looking for long term, caring, RELIABLE, and compassionate people to help with her care. The job will require some medication prompts, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship (no shifts glued to the phone), dressing, and transfers. Preferences for a non-smoking caregiver with reliable transportation. Shift hours are flexible to encourage caregivers to want to stay and pay will be through W-2 channels and will reflect experience. I will schedule around the right person, but I need someone committed to my mom's care who will show up.
