About who needs care: I am having eye surgery and would need transportation to and from the eye doctor and the person would have to stay and wait. It would be about 3 hours twice. About the care needs: A good communicator would be nice - I just need transportation to the eye doctors office and for them to stay in the waiting room during the procedure and then transport me back home.
