About the job
About who needs care: I am a 68-year-old retired RN who worked in the ICU for 30 years in the Cincinnati area. I moved back home to Worthington and all my friends are still in Cincinnati. Both my parents and the rest of my family are already in heaven and I am divorced with no children, although I have two little dachshunds Willow and Dalton. I am in relatively good health, but I am having cataract surgery and Willow and Daltons legs are too short to reach the gas pedal of my car. So I need someone to drive me to the facility, wait 2 hours while I have the procedure done, and drive me home. The surgery is in the morning and I will need a ride back to my eye doctor for a quick follow up the next day. They are doing one eye at a time. The right eye on April 16 and the left eye on April 28. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me with transportation. Thanks so much in advance! About the care needs: I am looking for an empathetic person who will not mind my 2 little dachshunds. Services needed include: transportation.
