Hello! We need hands-on care to take care of our mother in an assisted living. She is great and good atmosphere and family! We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping (just laundry mostly) Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements (we have hospice doing this now 2x wk and can continue) Responsibilities include take in via wheelchair to meals on 2nd floor, help feeding/guide as she can feed self but needs some help. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained and also dementia experience as she is early on. Dad fell and in hospital/rehab and the AL is asking for some assistance.... this person would need to be flexible as well as the goal once dad back we might be ok, might not... need to see how he does as well!
