About who needs care: needs include the following for unrelated aging senior women in an newly constructed residential assisted care home with a projected opening date of July 2025: Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Nutritious meal preparation tailored to individual needs Medication management for safety and peace of mind Laundry & housekeeping to ensure a comfortable living space Social activities that foster engagement and community About the care needs: **Seeking Dedicated and Compassionate Caregivers** We are looking for trustworthy, dependable professionals with a passion for senior care. Ideal candidates will have: - **CPR certification** for emergency preparedness - A **clean background check** to ensure safety and reliability - **Personal care training** to support daily needs - **Experience working with seniors** and providing compassionate assistance While nursing credentials or medication administration certification are a plus, they are not required.
