Hands-on Care Needed For My Father (and Mother) In Cincinnati

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my father in his 70s. My mother is also suffering from dementia and mobility concerns. They are currently at an assisted living and my brother and I are looking for help with them. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with some bathing and medication. We are trying to keep them as engaged as possible.
