Companion Care Needed For My Loved One In Cincinnati

We need companion care to take care of my loved one in Cincinnati. Some help needed with bathing. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Brother who lives in a nursing home. He has had a stroke and can't walk or talk much. He has good and bad days due to pain but when doing good loves to play cards (Uno) and loves to drink mountain dew. We just want someone who treats him like a brother and just check his oxygen levels and temperature to make sure okay. He does know how to use an I pad and has a speaking App.
