About who needs care: He has a several health issues, and the main reason I'm reaching out now is that we need help having transportation from our house in Canal Winchester to central Columbus for dialysis appointments on Monday's @ 1:30. He would need help getting out of the house, into the vehicle and assistance getting into the dialysis center. About the care needs: They need to be able to manage someone that requires the use of a walker/wheelchair. He enjoys something that likes to banter and have conversations, especially about sports. Services needed include: transportation.
