About the job
About who needs care: Mom has hemiplegia from a stroke. She has not use of her left arm and some strength in her left leg. She is currently wheelchair bound and is a one person assist in an assisted living facility. We're looking at options of possibly have her move back home with her husband who is 78 years old. About the care needs: Mom weight around 180 lbs so need someone who is strong. She has a fun personality and likes to joke. She needs someone who is gentle, caring, and listens to her. She is a Christian so someone who is a Christian or very respectful of the Christian faith would be great. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
