About the care needs: Care to be provided in the New Franklin/ Manchester area. Current need for someone who is a motivated self starter, kind, patient, and well trained/ experienced in working with/ keeping the person engaged and specifically communicating with dementia patients. Seeking someone willing to transport and remain with patient at nearby activities such as walking, visiting wellness center, etc. Client is currently fully mobile & able to talk (retired teacher) We are not looking for individuals who defer to sitting around, personal cell phone use during on duty hours, or placing client in front of television. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, med management, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
