About who needs care: My mom has frontemporal dementia. She can generally take care of herself still (use restroom, feed herself, etc). She is just a very hyper woman and she has a loud speaking voice and mixes her words up completely. My dad is her full-time caregiver. My brother and I and our spouses are over at my parents house 4-6 days a week to alleviate stress off our dad. We need help with watching/sitting with my mom a few times a week so my dad can get true breaks away from her for his sanity and our sanity at this point. My mom does not enjoy really anything anymore expect wanting to go somewhere but when we take her on drives or to her sisters houses she wants to instantly leave.
Companionship
