About the job
Hi there! I am looking for hand on care for my grandfather. Assistance with bathing, cleaning, dressing, maintenance, etc is a requirement. He is immobile and is currently dealing with a fractured knee so the help he used to give when getting up/sitting down has declined. I would say he is completely immobile at the moment but is working with therapy soon to begin getting some strength back in his legs. Medication assistance is also a need as well as continuing to work on retaining and maintaining movement in his legs and arms. He spends a lot of time watching movies and tv shows. Therefore, being a companion is a large aspect of what we are looking for. Lastly, assistance when going to doctors, hearing up meals for him and his sister upstairs, as well as light housekeeping.
