Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Westmoreland

We need hands-on care to take care of my father in Westmoreland. Mostly assist with walking from room to room with his walker and if he can't walk, then in a transport wheelchair. He feeds himself, needs constant prompting to drink fluids. Meals would be food already prepped and just needs microwaving, or a simple frozen skillet meal or sheet pan meal to put in the oven. He is 98 y. o. and is very worried about my mother who is 94 and failing and on hospice, also in the home. Please be willing to do light housekeeping, they will both be napping most likely during 3-6 p.m. time frame but can't be left alone. Personal care required, such as helping to bathroom and moving room to room or to bed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets, only a very meek, mild small cat.
