Our current Person is going on vacation and we need a substitute. I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. "Medication prompting" is making sure my Grandmother takes her evening pills and insulin. She can take them independently but forgets to. You will be responsible for cooking dinner and cleaning up the cooking dishes. I will be sure you have a menu and the food you need. It is desired that they both go for a walk after dinner. Both are independent with nearly everything but need some help around the house. Thank you! Also, if you are in the Buffalo area Warsaw is 1+ hr. drive, it is not worth driving that far for a 2hr job, especially during the winter.
