I see the way this works as - We would confirm your availability and schedule Let yourself in house via lockbox Watch mom come downstairs and ensure she gets into car (No help usually needed, either your car or her SUV) Take to doctor/lab (Usually Newburgh/New Windsor, sometimes Fishkill/Poughkeepsie) Obtain wheelchair from facility and help her get into appt. Wait Same things backwards Lock up and leave There is no set schedule, so it would be "as needed". We've had luck using Lyft to get her back and forth before, but now she feels uncomfortable going up/downstairs and between house and car without being watched. I'm more comfortable doing most of the initial communication over this site as my memory isn't great. :)
