About who needs care: We would love someone to aid in her physical therapy moves, check in on her, take her on walks (and be ready if she loses balance), encourage her usage of a walker/cane, help her get in and out of the shower, drive/accompany her to doctor's appointments, and straighten up her apartment. The ideal day would include taking her on a walk, straightening up her apartment, and doing her physical therapy exercises. About the care needs: We are looking for a caregiver that is friendly, patient, sensitive to her anxiety around difficult tasks (that involve moving), humble, and strong enough to catch her if she falls. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
