About the job
My dad was in a motorcycle accident in July 2024 and suffered a traumatic brain injury. He recently came home, and we need help with transportation to therapy appointments (additional mileage compensation) as well as daily brain & physical activities (puzzles, memory activities, walking, stairs, etc.), schedule reminders, safety, etc. He can do most things on his own, just has no memory, can't drive, and sometimes gets confused. $20/hr paid on the books plus $0. 67 per mile. 401k available. Monday & Tuesday days. Specific hours are flexible, usually has 1-2 appointments in downtown Syracuse per day. No Holidays or weekends. Position will be temporary until around start of summer when his rehabilitation therapy appointments start wrapping up. Must have valid driver's license.
