Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Syracuse

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my father in his 90s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping and laundry. Some help needed with transferring, bathing, toileting and dressing. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. My dad is a veteran and this position is paid through the VA and Arise.
