Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Staten Island

I need a companion care provider experience for my mother in her 80s. Medication management is required. Some help needed with bathing. She needs help toileting. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with a small sweet dog. The days and hours might change. I, her daughter will be around most of the time, but we want to have a care provider as well to help during the day.
