Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Schenectady

I'm looking for hands-on care for my 100-year-old grandmother. Some light housekeeing (making her bed, vacuuming her bedroom, sweeping/mopping kitchen/bathroom floor) is involved. She does have dementia and is not that comfortable with strangers so our preference is for an older, professional, patient and compassionate person. Assistance with toileting & bathing is one of our requirements. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Also, someone that will be on their phone constantly would be not appreciated.
