Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Schaghticoke

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We might ask you to run errands now and then. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Dad has not been officially diagnosed with dementia but he likely has it. He is good with routine stuff but while his wife is in the hospital we just would like someone to come and check on him in the afternoon, run to the store if he needs anything, be sure he eats dinner and drinks water and that he is taking his medication (we will get a pill box set up for him). He is not super talkative and not very active but gets around on his own
