About who needs care: My friend would like someone to help her get to doctor appointments. She uses a cane but would like assistance and security. If possible, she would also like them to join her in the doctor's consult and help her hear the information and take notes. She needs a trusting medical buddy. About the care needs: She is a smart, with it woman who after 40 years on medicine for osteoarthritis, has broken 2 femurs and a shoulder and has recovered to be walking. She reads books, is in online book groups, attended the theatre and is a retired teacher of the gifted. She is smart and interesting. She can not drive and has a bit of fear moving about. Person should be interested in helping an interesting person as a daughter would do for a mother. Services needed include: transportation.
