I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my mother in her 60s. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing, just needing reminders of what to do. Help with picking out outfits. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.).
