About the job
I need senior care provider with experience. My mother has a new diagnosis of rectal cancer and we are working on treatment plan. When we know what that plan is I will need recurring 24/7 assistance when I have to be out of town. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Mom is easy. Enjoying a book or tv with some conversation is fine. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. We ask that you handle transportation as needed to treatment visits.
