Seeking PART-TIME Senior Care Provider

About who needs care: Looking for a part time aid to visit 4 hrs twice a week. 78 yr old female approx 100lbs Dementia Very sweet & easy going Uses a walker very slowly because she has lost her balance and will fall. Mostly she needs company. Constant supervision because her balance is very poor and will try to move on her own. If she is doing well we can run errands, go for a short walk or use her wheelchair for some sun & fresh air. We have her eat well so she can take her meds on time. Maintain her hygiene & diaper changes to keep her as comfortable as possible. We have started introducing simple puzzles, coloring & search & find games to break up watching the TCM Network on tv for too long. We are (2) households approx 15 min away from each other sharing the responsibility. Her mental health and dignity are better upheld at home. Very friendly, funny little lady! About the care needs: Looking for a female caregiver who can communicate in English. Someone with lots of patience for our slow moving mother. A flexible, open minded & respectful person who can adapt to two different households when needed. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
