Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Putnam Valley

I need a hands-on care provider with Alzheimer's / Dementia experience for my father in his 80s. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including feeding. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained.
