Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Pulaski

I am in desperate need of a senior care provider with experience to help my family care for my independent 93 yr old Grandma who is struggling with dementia and I must get her back home from short term rehab, so she can feel safe again! She means the world to me! Please be capable of the following: administering meds once a day via applesauce, light housekeeping, prep some meals, mobility assist: must watch her like a hawk all times, assist w/ standing, pivoting, taking few steps, toilet/commode use, sponge bathe if needed ((accidents, after eating etc)), assist w feeding her if needed, and most importantly to be nice company! Being a good companion is key to this amazing woman! We don't have the capability of doing this all alone and need some help! Flexibility is a must as we are all over the place with trying to care for her.
