About who needs care: Warm and loving caregiver needed for two intellectual professors who need assistance with dressing, bathing, running errands, meal prep, pet care and daily exercise. Good conversation is desired and an interest in learning new things is preferred. The home is in a country setting, with cats, a dog, chickens, fish and a beehive. Love of the outdoors, love of plants, birds and other animals is a plus. There is a swimming pool available in the warmer months. The caregiver must be able to travel with the couple, to visit family in the United States, and also to travel on vacation internationally. Fluent and clearly spoken English is a requirement. Computer skills and iPhone skills are strongly desired. A clean driving record and at least 5 years of driving experience is required. About the care needs: We would like someone who is kind, patient, curious, and loving. ideally they would be a student of some kind, or involved in continuing education. They need to be able to occupy themselves during the day when not needed. They must love animals, and be happy in a country setting. They need to speak clearly and be able to help on the phone making appointments. It would be ideal if they like the outdoors, and would enjoy walks and engaging with animals on the property. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
