Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In New York

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother, a 77-year-old, very thin (34 kg), wheelchair bound, Eastern European artist in downtown New York City. Job requirements are: Polish, Russian or Italian speakers in their 20's and 30's over 5'6" because of the physical nature of job responsibilities which include helping to lift her from her wheelchair to the commode, and to the toilet, and allow her to lean on you while she stands/"walks". We have a current caregiver who has found ways to do so without injury to herself or to my mother. Please be non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
