Hands-on Care Needed For Myself In New York

Seeking hands-on care near New York for myself in my 70s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping and weekly laundry. Some help needed with bathing. Responsibilities include light feeding (can do mostly alone). We're looking for some help preparing meals (no cooking just heating up mainly and slicing cheese using cheese slicer). Duties include helping to make call, picking up items from pharmacy/light grocery shopping (I order most). Part of your responsibilities will include running errands if needed though this is rare. I am looking for someone with Hospice experience so if you reply please indicate your familiarity or comfort level with Hospice. Also looking for later toileting and incontinent care as condition worsens. Please include details with your response so that we can try and match. Thank you!
