Companion Care Needed For My Grandmother In New Rochelle

About who needs care: My grandmother is pretty independent. Recently she moved into her own apartment and that's been an adjustment. With a new walker because of her knee pain and onset of Dementia she is struggling a bit. We need someone there more for companionship. Again she is independent so its more reminding her to eat, clean up, prep her meals, sit with her while she eats, take her downstairs while she does her laundry, go out for walks and keep her company, About the care needs: We are looking for someone who loves to work with the elderly. My grandmother loves to talk and jokes. We are looking for someone with patience and that truly wants to be there. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
