Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In New Paltz

About who needs care: Father has Parkinson's and wheelchair bound most of the day Transitioning to end of life care, but is still in his mobile wheelchair. Hospice aides come in early afternoon to change and clean him. Wife fills in overnight and during the day taking care of him with getting him juice, med and food when needed. He is sleeping more, needs help at dinner time which sometimes he eats and other times he fights it. He needs help with changing, sponge bathing and transiting into his reclining bed chair. About the care needs: Father has limited and slurred speech. Mother is stressed and at times a little short. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
