Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In New Hyde Park

Seeking little hands-on care near New Hyde Park for my mother who just turned 80 years old. Recently having more trouble moving/walking in our house. Some light tidying up is involved. Seeking someone to assist with helping her move out of bed and get the day started, as well as assisting her with getting ready for the night. Assist with her mobility. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Looking for someone who can work on Saturdays and Sundays... perhaps 10am-2 p.m. .. and option to help her get ready for bed... work 6pm-9 p.m. ..
