Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Nesconset

My mom suffered a fall in December 2024 and needs hands-on assistance to support her recovery. She is able to move around her apartment with a walker but requires close supervision and support while walking to prevent falls. My mom is kind, independent-minded, and loves to cook, though she currently lacks the strength to do so on her own. Responsibilities: Hands-on assistance with mobility around the apartment (supporting her while using a walker). Help with safe transfers in and out of bed, chair, and bathroom. Assist with personal hygiene as needed, including bathroom standby assistance and help with underwear/diaper if necessary. Help with meal prep (she enjoys cooking and would love to participate in small ways). Encouragement and companionship to keep her engaged in daily activities.
