About who needs care: My husband has Parkinson's Disease. He enjoys conversation, needs help with technology, and is interested in history. His ideal day would involve reading/being read to, playing chess, and going for short walks. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver has compassion, patience, and an affinity for working with the elderly. A caregiver who can help navigate simple technological tasks like logging in on the computer and helping him use his telephone would be great! Having an interest in martial arts, chess, history, etc. would be a plus. Liking animals and being allergy-free! Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
