Caregiver To An Elderly Household

Looking to partner with a strong individual to help care for my Elderly mother and autistic sister. They both sleep a lot, but I need someone in the house to help facilitate basic living needs: getting out of bed, getting dressed, feeding, and bathing. I come up on the weekends to deep clean, do the laundry and grocery shop. I need a strong person that I can rely on to help during the week while I'm at work. My mom has very bad tremors and arthritis, so she needs help in the morning to get out of bed.
